My basement became flooded from a broken expansion tank. First Response was in the scene in 30 minutes. Cleaned up water, washed and sterilized floors. Put up fans to dry out all within a few hours. Had my basement spic and span. No mold thanks to this great service. Loved working with the team and Cole. They were on time. Professional and neat. No hassles.

Our IICR certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration) crew arrived shortly after Project Manager Rob met with the distraught homeowner. Rob reassured him the crew would have the home cinema room dry within the week so that their next Friday movie night get-together would continue without a problem. As shown in the pictures, the crew followed Rob’s protocol by first extracting the excess water from the carpet, rolling up sections at a time to expose the soaked padding underneath. Then they rolled up the padding to expose the cement floor below. Drying equipment was set out during every phase to help extract excess moisture from the air. The carpet was cleaned, dried and put back into place before the next Friday night get-together which made the homeowner very happy!

After the water was extracted, they set up dehumidifiers and fans in various rooms to contain the moisture to help prevent mold growth. The customer was very happy with our professionalism and with the results of the cleanup protocol.

We arrived at this property within 45 minutes of the clients call. Our technicians immediately started extracting all the standing water in the basement and removing affected contents. Once all the wet materials were removed, they were able to disinfect the area and set dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. We had to remove some of the drywall due to mold growth that seemed to be preexisting damage. This property took 4 days to dry.

After a virtual walk through the homeowner asked “when can you start?” and a crew was dispatched immediately to start the water damage cleanup. When they arrived, 4 First Response technicians placed 15 Extra Large Dehumidifiers and 40 Air Movers.
