First Response dispatched a crew of IICRC certified technicians to start with emergency water removal and the initial cleanup in the bathroom. Once they removed all the standing water in the bathroom, they opened the ceiling in the garage to start the drying process.

Mahopac, NY

The plumber was able to find and fix the broken pipe but recommended to the homeowner that they call First Response to dispose of the wet building material before mold started to grow. After Rob the Project Manager scoped out the work, the crew went in to start the clean up. The first item on their list of things to do was to empty the kitchen cabinets so that the cabinets could be removed.

White Plains, NY

Rob the Project Manager walked throughout the whole school with the head janitor to document the water damaged areas. Rob suggested mold testing based on some visible mold growth he saw. The crew was called in to remove molding to dry the inside of the walls with fans and heaters. Multiple pieces of equipment were placed throughout the school to dry the water and to remove the moisture as quickly as possible.
