First Response received a call from the homeowner shortly after the fire department left. Rob the Project Manager was on-site within a ½ hour of the initial call. He documented the damage from the fire, water and soot. He called in multiple crews to start the clean up process. One crew removed damaged walls while another documented personal items that couldn’t be salvaged for the insurance claim. A 40-yard dumpster was brought in to help with the disposal of damaged materials and items. The final crew to come in washed every surface down to remove the soot left behind from the fire damage. The homeowner was very grateful for the services First Response provided.

Our project manager arrived while the fire department was still working on the house. We were ready immediately to start assessing and boarding up the structure. Our team had to board up 4 windows, a garage, and install temporary floors within the home.
