We had a water heater leak and First Response came in for mitigation the same day. They also packed and moved all our belongings into a storage pod in our driveway. We had a great experience and all the crew were very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend if you need these services. 👍

First Response took a terrible situation and made it better. They came out on a Sunday and began to repair the damage. Their customer service is excellent; they went above and beyond to help get things back to normal. They even negotiated withe the insurance adjusters. Cole was top notch and always willing to help. I can't say enough; while I hope I never need to use their services again, I highly recommend them.

The FSRT (Fire and smoke restoration technician) certified crew and Project Manager Rob were on-site within 30 minutes of receiving the call from the customer. The crew got busy documenting damaged building materials and personal items. Most items couldn’t be saved and had to be bagged up for the garbage. The crew also removed the soot from items such as floors, furniture and curtains using a HEPA vacuum. Washing and wiping items down from soot damage can be a very tedious task but the crew has vast experience and training in fire remediations. Setting up the proper containment curtains is very important to keep dust particles from contaminating other areas of the home. It took a few days but the crew was able to clean up the damage from the fire so that restoration could begin.
