When our experienced Project Manager, Rob M, arrived at the home, he inspected the damage and quickly came up with a mitigation plan. The homeowner was very grateful given he lives out of town. He fully trusted First Response to restore his home back to pre-loss conditions. After a virtual walk through the homeowner asked “when can you start?” and a crew was dispatched immediately to start the water damage cleanup. When they arrived, 4 First Response technicians placed 15 Extra Large Dehumidifiers and 40 Air Movers.
