We arrived onsite to assess the damage sustained in the basement area. Our project manager Rob walked the homeowner through the cleanup and drying process. Rob then assisted the homeowner with contacting the insurance company. Two technicians were dispatched to the home to begin extracting the sewage water. Once all the affected contents were removed, they were able to steam clean and sanitize the affected areas. Once that was complete, we placed air movers, an air scrubber and dehumidifier to quickly dry the unfinished basement.
