This customer called First Response after they experienced a waste line break resulting in sewage damage. This Broken pipe resulted in a ceiling below the bathroom to fall in the room below.

Our Project manager Rob inspected the damages, he noticed visible mold growth in the areas. He went over his game plan with the customer to remediate the situation. Our technicians arrived onsite to setup containment, remove affected drywall, hepa vacuum stud walls, damp wipe the areas with anti-microbial. Once the remediation was complete, we were able to set 2 fans, an air scrubber, and a dehumidifier.
