He clearly explained to the client that walls and ceilings were reading 99% and visible microbial growth was present. We scheduled a mold test and then put the mold remediation on the schedule.
Our technicians were able to remediate all the black mold and dry the property with fans, air scrubbers, and a dehumidifier.
