First Response got called by a drain cleaner that had a customer who experienced a sewage backup. The customer needed a professional cleaning service due to health issues. The daughter of the client was very happy we were able to assist her elderly mother.

We received photos prior to dispatching our technicians so we knew exactly what needed to be done. Once our Certified Technicians arrived they walked through the process with the clients daughter. She was confident in our recommendations and wanted us to get started ASAP!

Once all the raw sewage was removed, we needed to Hepa vac the areas and disinfect. Now that the area was cleaned and sanitized we placed air movers, a dehumidifier and air scrubber to dry the basement.
