This Customer called after they had an electrical fire affecting their entire home. We were referred to this job through the client's friend who knows we're a reputable Fire Restoration Company. They instantly felt relieved once they knew we were on our way to guide them through stressful times!

Solutions provided:

Our Project Manager Rob, walked through the property to take plenty of photos, and moisture readings. He also assisted them with calling their insurance carrier to initiate the claim. Once the claim was filed he was able to go over the gameplan for all work being completed in the next few days.

Technicians were dispatched to the property to remove standing water in the basement and board up 3 windows. Our contents division arrived onsite the following day to start evaluating all the contents and create an inventory list for insurance. We ended up gutting the majority of this house and removing all smoke odor.
