This customer called us due to Basement Flooding as a result from Hurricane Ida. They stated they had 2 feet of water throughout the entire finished basement and needed help!

Solutions provided:

First Response responded right away to start assessing the damage and come up with a game plan. Right away we ordered 2 dumpsters for non-salvageable contents to be discarded. Once the contents were taken out, we started cutting out all wet sheetrock, insulation and carpet. After all the demo was complete, we did a thorough deep cleaning and disinfecting of the entire workspace. The final step was to place 25 fans, 4 dehumidifiers and 4 air scrubbers.

This customer was extremely pleased with the outcome and was excited to start restoring their home.
