We got called for a mold remediation in a crawlspace of a condo complex after a pipe burst filling the area with water. The clients had no idea this was happening since it was in an area which isn't monitored regularly.

Solutions provided:

First Response went onsite to inspect, and the area was greater than 10-15 sf therefore a mold test was needed. Once we received a protocol, we were able to come up with a game plan for the building.

Our technicians were scheduled to start packing out the first floor of the unit so we could start removing the wet floorboards and plywood. Once we exposed the area into the crawlspace, we were able to start all the structural cleaning. We set the work areas under negative air which was ducted to the exterior of the building. When we finished all the detailed cleaning, we scheduled the post remediation testing by a third party. We passed the clearance test and received a 5-star review from the client!
