Why did the customer contact us?

This Customer called us after we had significant rain which caused her basement to flood. Unfortunately, she stated her entire finished basement was affected and there is 3 inches of standing water.

Solutions provided:

Rob our Project manager went to the property to assess it along with our cleanup crew to start extracting water. While our technicians were working on cleaning up the mess rob was walking through the damages with the homeowner. At this time based on the extent of the damages she decided to go through insurance. Rob was able to help with the initial call to get that process started.

All of the contents in the basement had to be inventoried and placed outside for the insurance carrier to look at. Once the basement was emptied, we were able to start prepping, removing wet flooring, cutting drywall and removing any wet insulation. After all the demo and removal was complete, we started a deep cleaning of the area. The final stage for this job was to set drying equipment so these homeowners can start restoring their life!
