This homeowner in New Canaan, Connecticut, needed our help after their basement flooded from a water heater failure. Water had flooded over the vinyl floor as well through the walls into multiple rooms. They needed our help drying their home!

Solutions provided:

First Response Restoration project manager, Rob, arrived at the house and thoroughly inspected the damage. He determined that all wet materials needed to be removed from the area. The entire scope of work was communicated with the homeowner. Once all of the wet materials were removed, the water was pumped out and the area was cleaned and sanitized. Our IICRC Certified technicians placed ten fans, two dehumidifiers, and one air scrubber. This house was fully dry within three days.
