First Response Restoration dispatched project manager, Rob, to thoroughly assess the damages. He assisted the client in filing an insurance claim and went over the steps we would be taking to restore their home! Two technicians arrived shortly after to start prepping the work area and cleaning up the mess. The cabinets and flooring were compromised from the amount of water which was introduced and had to be removed. Once all the affected building materials were discarded, we were able to start the cleaning and sanitizing process. They set drying equipment at the very end resulting in an extremely satisfied customer!
