Our Project Manager arrived onsite and completed a thorough inspection of the damaged area. We walked into a boiler room that had a collapsed ceiling due to water damage. Once the assessment was complete the project manager went over the plan with the customer.
Our technicians immediately started prepping the area for a water damage cleanup and dry out. First, they setup containment, then they continued to remove wet drywall and insulation as seen fit. Once demo was complete the area was hepa vacuumed, damp wiped with antimicrobial agent and drying equipment was set.
The Homeowners were very thankful that First Response Restoration works directly with the insurance carrier. This home was dry within 3 days of the initial visit.
