Why did the customer contact us?

This Customer called us after she noticed a water leak in her garage along with some mold growth on the ceiling. Since she was very sensitive to mold she wanted this addressed asap.

Solutions provided:

First Response dispatched our project manager Rob to perform a leak detection to determine the cause of this water and mold damage. We were able to discover a faulty wax ring on the toilet above the garage. She ended up calling her insurance carrier which we were able to assist with this process. First Response got approval for a mold remediation in the garage which consisted of removing all contents and affected building material. Once the removal was completed we wiped down all contents and exposed areas of the garage. We passed the mold clearance test with flying colors and gained another happy customer and 5 star review!
