This customer called us because they started noticing their flooring was cupping and mold was starting to grow on walls. They wanted to setup an inspection since we were referred to them by a local contractor in the area.

First Response arrived onsite to perform a moisture inspection to determine what was causing this situation. Our senior project manager Rob was able to discover multiple ceilings and walls that had significant moisture content and mold growth. This was a result of a roof leak after a big storm we had. The homeowner wanted us to deal with their insurance carrier and remove all the water damaged materials along with remediate the mold.
