This customer called us after being away on vacation. They came back from a week long vacation to a flooded basement that was covered in mold! A pressure relief valve burst in their basement causing steam throughout the entire finished basement and garage. They needed a cleanup team and guidance with their insurance claim.

Solutions provided:

First Response scheduled an inspection to start assessing and documenting all the damage. Once our project manager went over all the damages and created a game plan we were able to schedule initial extraction and a mold assessment. The project manager then helped initiate the call to the insurance company and helped put the customers mind at ease. This was a month long process between the insurance carrier, mold remediation and repairs.
