Our Team went out to assess the water damage with the Property Manager. Homeowners. The property Manager then went over the entire Water Damage Process with the homeowners who live in Manhattan full time.

Our Team started immediately by removing the standing water from the living room and dining room wood floors. They then set some drying equipment to stabilize until a plan is determined. They removed and discarded affected material. They applied antimicrobial to the affected areas.

It took 4 days for the living room to completely dry out.
