This customer called after a pipe burst in the ceiling causing excessive water damage to their finished basement.

Solutions provided:

First Response dispatched our IICRC Trained project manager to go assess the water damage with the homeowner and come up with a plan.

Once a plan was established a water damage cleanup crew was dispatched to start extracting water. After they extracted any standing water in the carpets, they started removing wet drywall and insulation. The client also didn't want the wet carpets, so our team removed those and sanitized all the water damaged areas.

We then ended with a final detailed cleaning and sanitizing then we set drying equipment. This property was dry within 4 days of the initial visit.
