This customer called after their toilet overflowed causing sewage water to flow throughout her basement. She needed professional restoration services to cleanup and sanitize the sewage damage.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Manager inspected the damage with the homeowner. We took photos and determined the best solution to remediate the Sewage damage within the three rooms.

Our IICRC trained technicians sealed off the affected areas. We started extracting and removing the sewage from the rooms. Once all the standing water was removed, we then steam cleaned and sanitized the affected areas. The final step to remove any additional odors and ensure the areas were dry was to setup a hydroxyl generator and drying equipment.

The homeowner was pleased that we could work with their insurance company which made it so much less overwhelming for them.
