Customer was on vacation and came home to a leaky water pipe from the floor upstairs affecting his finished basement ceiling and carpeted floor.

Solutions provided:

Upon arrival, Rob the Project Manager assessed the damage and went over the clean up plan with the customer. The First Response technicians arrived and opened up the ceiling tiles to get much needed air movement. The affected area of the rug was pulled back. The drying equipment was brought in and set up and within a few days the 3 dehumidifiers and 2 air movers were able to dry the ceiling area and rug to prevent dangerous mold growth.
