Solutions provided:

Our Project manager Rob inspected the extent of the damages. He went over the steps with the customer to remediate the situation. Our technicians arrived onsite to setup containment, remove affected drywall, hepa vacuum stud walls, damp wipe the areas with anti-microbial. Once the remediation was complete, we were able to set 2 fans, an air scrubber, and 3 dehumidifiers.
