First Response Restoration received a frantic call regarding a broken pipe in the first-floor bathroom that resulted in significant water damage to adjacent bedrooms and to the basement below.

Solutions provided:

Project Manager, Rob, was on-site within 20 minutes of the call coming in to First Response to assess the water damage with the customer. Rob determined a plan of action with the customer and assisted them in calling their insurance carrier. Once the technicians arrived, they started setting up a containment system prior to the demo. After the demo, cleaning and sanitizing they installed dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers. The homeowner was extremely happy and grateful for the immediate response.
