We dispatched a certified cleanup crew to the home within 45 minutes of the initial call to start removing all the sewage water in the basement. Rob our Project Manager arrived to go over the entire remediation process with the customer and assist with filing an insurance claim. We were able to remove all standing sewage water, performed any necessary demo services, steam cleaned, sanitized and dried the basement. This customer was very pleased with our emergency restoration services.
