This customer called us after a water pipe broke and resulted in the flooding of their 2nd floor bathroom and garage. The water was coming through the light fixtures in the garage ceiling.

First Response Project Manager, Rob, arrived at the customer’s home within 30 minutes. He took numerous moisture readings and thoroughly affected areas of the home. Rob went over the scope of work our crews would do with the customer and soon after the crew was onsite. Two of our technicians arrived to do the cleanup and installation of drying machines and fans. Our team used machines to extract the water from the rug and floors.
