This customer called us due to flooding from a second floor pipe that burst in the shower wall upstairs. The water leaked onto the kitchen ceiling causing the sheetrock to become saturated and the paint to peel off the wall.

Our project manager Rob took multiple moisture readings of the walls, ceilings and floors. Our crew arrived on the scene to water logged carpets and walls. They removed the padding and floated the carpeting to use fans to help dry the carpet. They put up containment on the walls and in the kitchen area. They left 4 dehumidifiers and fans running in the kitchen and hallways to help dry up the moisture.
