The water line in the bathroom wall of the second story bathroom corroded and gave way letting many gallons of water into the wall. The water saturated the kitchen ceiling and filled the cupboards with water. The water then continued to flow into the basement.

The plumber was able to find and fix the broken pipe but recommended to the homeowner that they call First Response to dispose of the wet building material before mold started to grow. After Rob the Project Manager scoped out the work, the crew went in to start the clean up. The first item on their list of things to do was to empty the kitchen cabinets so that the cabinets could be removed.
