First Response Project Manager, Rob, went to the Property and inspected the damage. He took moisture readings and went over the process with the homeowner. Once the plan was established, two of our technicians were dispatched to start the clean-up. Our techs extracted and removed the carpet and tore out the affected walls and baseboards and wood flooring to reduce the risk of mold. After the area was fully cleaned and sanitized, we set up 10 fans, 4 dehumidifiers, and 2 air scrubbers.
