All of this could have been avoided for less than $10.00!! The water supply line connected to the 1st floor toilet failed and caused water to be released within the basement ceiling and into the walls in and around the kitchen.

Solutions provided:

The Project Manager Rob was on site within 20 minutes of receiving the call from the customer. Rob explained to the customer that water can travel in many different areas and with the help of his moisture reader, Rob was able to identify the damaged areas for removal. The crew arrived and began removing ceilings, walls and flooring in order to properly dry the home before mold could start growing. Dehumidifiers, heaters and fans were brought in to dry the home quickly.
