This homeowner’s water heater had started leaking into the family room and exercise room. They were able to get a plumber out to replace the water heater then they called First Response for our water mitigation experience.

Solutions provided:

Project manager Rob directed the crew to set up dehumidifiers and fans to start the drying process. The goal was to dry up as much of the water and humidity before more damage occurred to the floors and walls. Fans were set under the carpet to speed the drying process. The crew was in and out and the customer was extremely pleased with the results.
