An old water line broke in the wall and caused a lot of water to flood the hallway and bedroom. With the help of gravity, some of the water make its way to the downstairs level of the home and made a bit of a mess.

The homeowner called First Response to help with the cleanup before the water damage became more extensive. The Project Manager Rob used his moisture reader to track the flow of the water. He then wrote up a protocol for the crew and went over it with the homeowner. The homeowner was able to make a claim for water loss with her insurance company and the crew went to work with the mitigation.
