A water pipe to the shower burst inside the shower wall causing water to pour into the wall and to the basement below.

Solutions provided:

The homeowner’s plumber called First Response to open the tile wall in the shower to expose the broken water pipe. Once exposed, the plumber was able to fix the problem and the First Response crew was able to extract the excess water. Project Manager Rob was able to show the crew where the moisture travelled to within the home so that the proper mitigation steps could be taken to minimize the damage.
