Leaking old water pipes in their finished basement broke and caused a lot of water to flood their basement while they were out to dinner. The water saturated their carpet and many of their personal belongings were affected by the flood of water as well.

Solutions provided:

First Response was called by the customer and after a brief description of the problem, Rob our Project Manager was headed over to their home to see the flood in their basement and the extent of damage. He was able to write up the protocol for the crew to follow to dry the saturated carpet as well salvaging any personal belongings. The crew set up containment and drying equipment. The customer was very happy!
