Job completed for Basement Sump Pump Failure in Pleasantville, NY

Completion date: January 11, 2023

Location: Pleasantville, NY

Why did the customer contact us?

After a torrential rain that lasted days, most sump pumps would do their job- empty the pit and pump it away from the foundation to keep the excess water out of the basement.

Solutions provided:

After the sump pump failure, the basement filled up with 4 inches of water. The First Response Crew used the water extraction equipment and salvaged some of the personal belongings of the customer. They organized and stacked the belongings neatly out of the way of any demo work to be completed. Drying equipment was set up along with dehumidifiers to help dry the remaining moisture.
