A small water leak in their bathroom wall went undetected for a long time which caused mold growth and damage to the ceilings and walls below. The customer didn’t know how bad the mold growth was until their plumber cut open the wall to fix the water leak.

Solutions provided:

Project Manager Rob assessed the mold growth and explained to the customer that the mold had spread through the walls and floors to many areas of their home. Our licensed mold remediation crew was called in to set up containment and ventilation before removing ceilings and walls to expose the mold within. They carefully bagged all affected building materials and discarded them and cleaned and sanitized any sentimental items for the customer. The carpet was taken up and removed because mold spores can live and multiply easily in that type of environment. Although the mold growth was extensive and many rooms affected the crew removed the mold and the customer was thrilled to breathe fresh air again!!
