Why did the customer contact us?

The water supply line running from the basement to the refrigerator upstairs was supposed to be making ice. Somehow the line got pinched and broke inside the wall which sprayed lots of water all over the floor of the basement and adjoining bedroom.

Solutions provided:

The Project Manager measured the affected areas and explained the process of water mitigation to the customer. The customer called their insurance company and got instant approval for the crew to start the mitigation process. After moving all the items out of the basement, they set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry the area. One wall had to be opened to help with the drying process and the carpet in the adjoining bedroom had to be taken up and discarded. Overall, the crew was done in 3 hours and ready to move onto the next job.
