The water pipe running in a crawl space under the house froze because of an unusual arctic air blast that hit our region.

Solutions provided:

Three First Response crewmembers were on the scene shortly after Rob our Project Manager explained the process to the customer. The crew removed damaged sheetrock and found mold growing within the walls. They removed, cleaned and sanitized the moldy areas and tore up some of the floor tile that had water under them. Containment was set up so the mold spores couldn’t travel throughout the home and make the family sick.
