Water froze in multiple places in the pipes in this school and once it thawed the water was pooling in the ceiling and behind walls. Ceiling tiles began falling and that’s when the customer called the experts in.

Solutions provided:

The Project Manager looked at the multiple floors of damage and wrote up a demo protocol for the crews to follow. Ceiling tiles, sheetrock, carpeting and a vending machine had to be removed due the moisture content. The crew was onsite for a couple of weeks and eventually they finished with the remediation.
