The customer called us because their toilet overflowed due the float not being installed properly. Many gallons of water seeped into the finished basement below.

Solutions provided:

Our emergency crew arrived with the large extraction truck to vacuum up the standing water from the floor and rug. The sheetrock on the walls and ceilings were removed and discarded. The rug and other flooring was removed as well due to the severe level of saturation. Many dehumidifiers and fans were set up to help dry the affected areas. The crew followed and the protocol written up by Project Manager and completed the job in 3 days.
