Sewer systems can back flow into your home and create a huge and dangerous mess for your family. This customer had a back flow take place after a sudden drop in the water pressure to their home. After their initial call to First Response a crew was dispatched right away to help clean up the sewage.

Solutions provided:

The large extraction truck was able to remove most of the sewage and the crew continued the cleanup with brooms and shovels. Once the sewage was removed from the basement, the crew used sanitizer and a steam cleaner to deep clean the cement floor. Sewage harbors harmful bacteria and viruses and if not cleaned up properly, it can make you very sick. The customer was very happy once the crew finished the cleanup protocol outlined by the Project Manager.
