Completion date: January 25, 2023

Location: East Fishkill, NY

Why did the customer contact us?

Sump pumps don’t work during power outages. The power went out in this customer’s neighborhood as the flood waters started to rise from a hurricane. The water outdoors got into their basement and the sump pump was useless at that point.

Solutions provided:

Once the flood waters receded in their neighborhood, First Response crews responded to their call for help. The crew extracted the water from the basement and set up multiple dehumidifiers and fans to dry the structure. Although some items couldn’t be saved, some were salvageable. The response of the crew was so quick, mold didn’t have chance to start growing! In the customer’s review, they talked about how professional the crews were and how the Office Staff made dealing with the insurance company headache free.
