Why did the customer contact us?

When temperatures fall, the chances of water pipes bursting increase. The power went out and this customer didn’t have a secondary way to heat their home which caused water pipes to freeze and burst open spewing water onto multiple levels throughout their lovely home.

Solutions provided:

The customer found the First Response website and called during the early morning hours to ask for our help. The after-hours Emergency Crew was dispatched to clean up the standing water and sheetrock debris that had fallen from the ceiling. The Project Manager met with the customer and explained the process of filing an insurance claim and explained the water mitigation plan he drew up. The mitigation plan outlined how the crew would contain the initial damage and limit further damage from spreading especially in the form of mold growth and structural damage.
