Project Manager Vinnie assessed the damage caused by the Fire, Smoke, Soot and Water, and brought in multiple crews to start the restoration process. The crews removed any standing water and set up air movers and dehumidifiers to lower the moisture levels in the home to inhibit mold growth. The crew cleaned and sanitized all surfaces within the home to remove dangerous soot and smoke. Salvageable items were cleaned and placed into a temporary storage unit paid for by the insurance company. Water damaged floors, carpeting and sheetrock were removed and discarded. The customer wrote in their review that the First Response crew was hardworking, dependable and respectful!!
