This customer waited a little to long to replace their water heater. The shut off valve on the water heater finally gave way and 75 gallons of water flowed into the crawlspace below.

Crawlspaces pose a real challenge when it comes to cleaning up after a large water loss. The crew suited up and got to work removing saturated insulation and other water damaged materials. If those materials hadn’t been removed, mold would start to grow and pose a health risk to the occupants of the home. Fans were set up in the crawlspace to help dry out the area.
