Why did the customer contact us?

The food was prepared, the games planned and partygoers were arriving, but one mishap ruined it all; the water shut off valve for the sink broke off. Water was spraying everywhere which drenched the floors, paneling and carpeting in their finished basement and center of Friday Fun Night.

Solutions provided:

The First Response crew arrived quickly after the initial call and proceeded to extract the water posthaste to minimize the damage. The floor was removed in order to dry the water that had pooled underneath. The paneling and sheetrock were taken down and discarded into the dumpster. The crew used a hand truck to move all the items in the crawlspace to an unaffected room in the house. Another crew worked with the customer to determine which personal items to salvage and those destined for the dumpster. Finally, the carpeting was removed to allow the floor below to dry out. The customer missed hosting Friday Fun Night but did get the worst (and only) flood they ever had cleaned up swiftly and professionally and in turn- rewarded the crew with very delicious party poppin snacks!!
