The customer filed a claim with their insurance company after the fire was extinguished and their next call was to First Response. The Project Manager on duty met with the customer and assured them the crew could remove the damaged construction material and clean up the soot left behind from the fire in about a week. Sure enough, our soot cleaning crew and the demo crew followed the protocol and finished the job quickly and professionally. The customer was very happy with the outcome of the job.
