The removal of moldy construction materials could drastically improve the air quality of the home! The Project Manager met with the customer and documented multiple areas of concern. The bathroom floor showed long term water exposure and the shower tiles were becoming loose from excessive and prolonged moisture. Mold was growing in many areas of the home including on the heating vents. The crew sanitized the mold according to the protocol provided by the mold testing company. When the shower walls were opened, the crew could see an abundance of mold growth within. The remediation process went smoothly, and the customer was very happy with the outcome.
