“First Response” is true to their name..
Cole responded to me immediately before he was about to board a flight!
His crew showed up within the hour.
They were efficient, professional & extremely competent.
Having a flooded basement was extremely stressful and First Response made us feel that everything was going to be OK. We are grateful to Christine who always answered the phone in a calm reassuring manner, Rob the Project Manager and Christian who was especially helpful. We would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in “hot water”. -
